We accept returns and exchanges on all new products as long as they are returned in new condition (cannot be used). Please email us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the product and we will email a return label to you. Or you may ship it to us yourself. If we send you a return label, the price of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
